when the installer gets to the stage of "Installing", this is when my whole system freezes (No BSOD) It then offers to reinstall, whilst uninstalling the damaged installation. When I attempt to install the software, it notifies me that there appears to already be an installation, but it is damaged (See attached screenshot).
